Olive Strachan was awarded the MBE – (The Most Excellent Order of the British empire). Olive has worked in over 25 countries around the world. She received the award for her contribution Export and Business services.
Olive was honoured to be awarded Chartered Companion by the CIPD (Chartered Instituted of Personnel and Development). In September 2021.
Chartered Companion membership recognises exceptional leaders who have not only a proven track record within organisations, but who have also demonstrated exceptional impact on the broad HR profession over their careers.
In September 2021 Olive Strachan received the Enterprise Vision Awards for the Training and Coaching organisation of the year! Olive has coached Leaders and Managers since 1998 and it was such an honour to be recognised for doing the work she loves!
Olive is an Ambassador for the Women of the Year Awards: The Women of The Year Awards celebrates positive and Inspirational female role models across all areas of society and business.
Olive is an Export Champion for the Department of International trade (DIT). An Export Champion are businesses around the UK who are already successfully selling overseas. They form a nationwide network of British Companies which act as ambassadors for exporting by sharing their success stories, offering practical advice and leading by example.
