In 2025, Olive Strachan facilitated a landmark event — the first TetraMap International Certification Programme to be delivered in the Caribbean, hosted in Dominica.
The two-and-a-half-day certification programme brought together a group of talented, innovative, and highly engaged participants who immersed themselves fully in the TetraMap framework. Throughout the programme, delegates explored leadership styles, communication preferences, and practical applications of TetraMap within their own professional contexts.
It was a deeply energising and rewarding experience, with participants engaging at depth, forming strong connections, and leaving with powerful new insights they can immediately apply in their work.
We extend our congratulations to the newly certified TetraMap facilitators:
Annette Severin-Lestrade, Tracey Joseph, Luana Laurent MSc.IF, CAMS, Craig Sands MIH, Cornelia Charles, Ronson Dalrymple, Sophia Albert Charles, Carissa Sabaroche, Natasha Yeeloy Labad, Naiomie Etienne, Cleopa Ettienne-Avril, and Safyre Azille.
This inaugural Caribbean certification marks only the beginning. With this growing network of certified facilitators, the impact of TetraMap will continue to expand — strengthening leadership, collaboration, and connection across organisations and communities.
The best is yet to come.
