Passionate about Management Development

I am passionate about management development, one of my international clients is the British Council we designed a global leadership programme which has been delivered in 25 countries to over 500 managers. One of the reasons why I believe management development is so important is when I was 25, I was promoted into a management role with no training at all. I struggled and didn’t know how to get the best from my staff, how to motivate them or manage performance. Over the years I have received training, completed 360-degree feedback and I am a qualified TetraMap facilitator allowing me to do some behavioural profiling. This investment in myself has helped me to be a better manager and leader, so having learnt the hard way how not to manage, I am passionate about preventing managers from experiencing the challenges I faced by equipping them with the knowledge and skills required to manage well.
