The panel of speakers will be led by Olive Strachan MBE, award winning international businesswoman , conference Speaker , Diversity & Inclusion Specialist , Consultant & Coach, L&D Expert  and Author of “The Power of You” How to triumph in the face of adversity..

Olive will share her own lived experience of diversity and inclusion.

Olive will be joined by Gemma McCall, CEO Culture Shift and Dijonn Taylor,

Gemma is a proud working mum of 2 and the CEO of Culture Shift, a tech-for-good business which she co-founded in 2018.  We exist to lead positive change in organisational culture and our products empower organisations to tackle harassment and bullying.  Early in 2020 Gemma successfully led a £1.3million fundraise for Culture Shift, and has since then tripled the size of her team.

Dijonn is no stranger to business, in 1996 the first cap and gown graduation ceremony was staged in the UK at a Manchester Primary School.  Her first business, Young Graduate has seen over 50,000 children, young people and adults use her services.  Using her skills to drive a culture of collaboration, she developed her innovative adult career platform Savvy Guest and established recognition in the creative and digital sector.

Her passion for promoting equality in education and employment has earned her many awards and accolades nationally and internationally.
